Sure, it would be very easy for me to write a complete essay regarding the Giants win over the Patriots, but I shall quickly sum this up...
The Patriots lost because of 1 thing. Pressure. Not the pressure of the big game, mind you, as the Pats have made it clear that they can win the big one. Not the pressure of the media and the constant battling of bloggers over what was going to happen. No, they lost because they pressured the quarterback. They had the tools and talent to keep pressure on Brady while also keeping Moss and Gaffney in check. Someone was gonna get catches, and Welker was a worthy candidate, setting a Super Bowl record and moving like the wings of Mercury were leading his feet. Keep pressure on Brady, and the game becomes a game. That's what they did, and the Giants deserve all the praise...especially their coach who thru Game 2 was looking like he would be checking with Kurt Warner on openings at the local grocery store.
Well done, New York Giants. You played well, and truly that's all that matters.
